This family-run restaurant wanted to bring an authentic Spanish dining experience to Cardiff. The Head Chef hailing from Antonio Banderas' restaurant in Spain has brought a high-level gastronomic experience to Santiago's.

With the growing reputation as a "Hot New Restaurant", making sure that their online presence is growing is the main aim. Not only is it growing at an impressive rate, but it has also become one of the most booked restaurants in Cardiff on OpenTable.

This year they have opened up a branch of the restaurant in Whitchurch and have further plans to expand.
